Do I need any previous knowledge of Spanish?
No. The course is designed for people starting from scratch or with only a very basic knowledge of Spanish.
Is the course right for me if I already know a few words of Spanish?
Yes. If you know the basics but feel you’re missing a solid foundation, the course will help you organise and consolidate what you know.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Lesson 1 is free: you can watch the whole lesson before you buy, from the course syllabus.
What will I learn on the course?
You’ll learn the essential A1 vocabulary and grammar and, above all, how to use them in real conversations.
What will I be able to do when I finish the course?
You’ll be able to introduce yourself, talk about your routine, handle everyday situations and start to understand basic conversations in Spanish.
Is the course just theory and grammar?
No! Practice is a key part of it. You’ll work with dialogues, real-life situations, exercises and activities to put what you learn into practice.
Will I learn to speak Spanish?
Yes. From the very beginning you’ll have chances to practise speaking and build the confidence to communicate in Spanish.
Can I start whenever I want?
Yes. There are no start dates or timetables: you start whenever you like and go at your own pace, in whatever order you prefer.
How long will it take me to complete the course?
It depends on your pace and how much time you can give it. What matters is to keep moving forward steadily and practise what you’ve learnt.
How long do I have access for?
Forever. You pay once and get lifetime access: you can come back to the lessons and materials whenever you like.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. When you finish the course you’ll get a certificate of completion, which you’ll find in My Account. It’s a simple certificate showing that you’ve completed the course; it isn’t an official qualification.
